The average coaching professional who earns over 100K per year ONLY has 5.5 clients per week. (meaning that they are charging MORE for less, and/or doing supplemental group coaching where large groups pay small fees for access to you)
Some studies done in 2013 suggest that the average "information marketer" online makes about 20K per year. That's actually close to the poverty line in some states.
But very rarely will you find someone who is a "coach", and is dedicated, disciplined and genuinely GOOD at what they do earning so little... especially if they've been in the business for more than a few months.
Who are the people commonly considered service related professionals?
Coaches, consultants, teachers, trainers, marketing mentors, and even many authors, artists and enlightened entrepreneurs in general.
If you can teach it, or train it, rather than blog about it, or write about it... you really owe it to yourself to launch a service related business that allows you to demonstrate your expertise in a way that truly compensates you for the value you bring to the lives of others.

Because I can literally sit outside by my pool, or by the beach, and offer my clients a high value coaching session by phone, or do a small group tele seminar that can earn $1000 per hour or more... all while kicking my feet up and smelling the roses.
And so TOO can you.
Do well while doing good.
