2000 daily squats equals thick booty





6AM workout at home
1000 squats
sitting in squat position 6-10 minutes long
eat breakfast afterwards
 



6PM workout at home
1000 squats
sitting in squat mode 10-14 minutes long
late exercise timing should be done immediately after dinner is consumed
